First GBM!

Welcome back to school, we hope you are having a fabulous semester so far!

If you are interested in neuroscience, psychology, or biology of the brain then come join the Biological Basis of Behavior Society!

BBB Society is an undergraduate student group devoted to promoting interests in neuroscience, psychology, or biology both inside and outside of the classroom. Come to our GBM to hear about academic, social, and civic events we have planned for the semester, learning ways that you can get involved with neuroscience beyond the classroom, as well as for any course/major advising. You will have the opportunity to promote the field on campus, make connections with faculty members, and interact with other students with similar interests in fun and exciting settings!

Our General Body Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept 21 at 8 PM in Huntsman Hall, Room 245.

In addition, come join the BBB Society in our annual Walk Now for Autism Speaks, a philanthropy walk in order to raise money for autism research. The event will be held on this Saturday, Sept 24 at 9:30 am - the BBB Society team will be heading down there together and walking as a team in order to support the cause!Participation is free, but the first 14 people to donate $10 or more at our GBM will receive a free BBB Society t-shirt with a nerdy pick-up line on it (the best)! So sign up online and bring $10 to the GBM to receive your free t-shirt and help out a great cause! We've already raise $175 and hope to raise much more!

See you at our GBM this Wednesday!
